A Case report of replantation of upper right central incisor

Abstract
1. The author experienced a case of replantation of upper right central incisor that was avulsed by trauma eight hours before.
2. The patient was 10 years old male.
3. At intervals of 2 weeks, 4 weeks, 5 weeks, 3 month, 5 month, and 12 month, the replanted tooth was radiographed and observed clinically.
4. Clinically the tooth appeared to grow firmer with the passage of time.
5. No gingival recession was found and gingival crevice was firmly contact to tooth surface.
6. After 4 weeks radiograph of replanted tooth showed begining ankylosis on the mesial and distal
surface of the tooth.
7. 12 month after replantation, root resorption was abvious in radiograph.
